UPS authorities and special guests attended the 2nd edition of "Cintas del Mañana" organized by second year social communication students. There were 25 advertising videos and social campaign messages, but the winning video was "Liberate! Rompe tus cadenas", by Karla Pesantez, Andrés Huiracocha and Mario Martínez.

The opening ceremony was in charge of UPS President Javier Herran and the social communication director Gioconda Beltran. The UPS president congratulated students for their outstanding work. Professor Andrea De Santis said "the aim of the event is to show people how creative these future professionals are and how they are starting to take their first steps in this field"

This cultural and academic event gives students the opportunity to apply everything they have learned in the laboratories and classrooms in the university as well as strengthening their holistic education which will turn them into professionals at the service of society.
