51 UPS-Cuenca students who were awarded scholarships by the National Secretariat of Higher Education, Science and Technology got together to discuss the project called "Sistema de acompañamiento a becarios de la Secretaría de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (SENESCYT) que estudian en la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana (UPS)", whose aim is to support these students at the university.

The UPS-Cuenca Vice President Cesar Vasquez was there to welcome the students to the university while the Project Executive Gilberto Brito explained how the project will be implemented. Vinicio Ordoñez, coordinator, and Nancy Chumbay talked to the students to learn more about them and explain the characteristics of the project.
