The university's robotics club from Guayaquil took part in the International Competition "2018 Robochallenge " held in Mexico. The club had a really good participation and obtained several recognitions. 

The event was organized by the Mexican association of mechatronics and was attended by representatives from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Mexico. "These activities encourage students and the university because they demonstrate the quality of professionals we have" said Byron Lima, coordinator of the robotics club in Guayaquil.
