The master's degree in cosmetic science and technology at UPS-Cuenca has begun; the 2 year master's degree is aimed at professionals in medicine, chemistry, pharmaceutics and the like who wish to deepen their theoretical and practical knowledge in cosmetic science and technology. The master's degree will prepare professionals to conduct research projects, produce and market cosmetic products. 

This part time master's program will be held on Thursday and Friday from 6pm to 10pm and Saturday from 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm. 

There was a formal ceremony to inaugurate the master's degree;Pablo Arevalo, coordinator of this program, welcomed 30 students to the program. While the UPS-Cuenca Vice President congratulated all the students on having decided to study and broaden their knowledge in cosmetic technology.
