The Young Scientists project awarded certificates to children from Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano

24 boys and girls from 6th and 7th grade that study in Tecnico Salesiano were awarded participation certificates for taking part in the university's community involvement project "Young Scientists", science and robotics courses for children that were held from May 8th to June 2nd. 

In the ceremony, Cesar Vasquez, the university's vice president in Cuenca, congratulated the children for their constancy in the program and encouraged them to continue taking part in these activities and discover the world of science and technology. "Great ideas come from children", he said.

Luis Curay, the school director, thanked UPS and specially the coordinators of the projects for giving children the opportunity to get involved in the world of science and technology, he said the school will continued to participate in the program.

Fatima Lopez and Luis Calle, the coordinators, were pleased with the number of students who attended this edition of the course.
