Student groups from the mechanical engineering undergraduate programs in Cuenca, Guayaquil and Quito had an online meeting in order to strengthen their relationship and carry out some fun activities.

Raul Alvarez, vice president of the university's campus in Guayaquil; Sonia Guaño, director of mechanical engineering in Quito; Jorge Fajardo, director of mechanical engineering in Cuenca; and Renato Fierro, director of mechanical engineering in Guayaquil attended the online meeting.

Raul Alvarez congratulated everyone who organized this event and said that it represents the camaraderie between the university's three branch campuses, which make up one big family.

During the one hour meeting they presented all the groups, there was a video and both professors and students had an opportunity to talk about several projects.

Jorge Fajardo was pleased with the event, which had first started in Cuenca, but has now turned into a national meeting.
