UPS students Oswaldo Calle, Julia Dominguez and Sergio Chavez who are majoring in accounting and auditing in the university's branch in Guayaquil, took part in the First Seminar on Motivational leadership as an educational strategy in the development of personality and right decision making" which was organized by the municipality of Guaranda. The students were invited as speakers.

The aim of this event was that students share their business experience; the event was also attended by representatives from Universidad Estatal de Bolívar and Universidad 
UPS students presented the topic "Young people in the business world" and spoke about the work they have carried out with private companies in order to reduce costs when carrying out academic, cultural, sports and social activities. 

"The aim of our topic was to transmit the importance of having clear goals, but above all being young entrepreneurs, in addition to highlighting the support that the university offers to get a job," said Oswaldo Calle.

At the end of the event the students received recognition for their academic, professional and human contribution for the benefit of the youth.
