Universidad Politecnica Salesiana invites you to take part in the continuing education course: “Theory and practice in clinical intervention from a psychoanalytical approach with adolescents and adults” which is organized by the psychology department in the university’s branch campus in Quito. 

The aim of the course is to deepen knowledge and theoretical concepts from a psychoanalytic perspective and provide thinking strategies that enable the concepts to be operative.

Registration will take place in the secretary’s office in “El Giron” campus up to January 20th. The course costs $100 for UPS graduates and $120 for external public.

Date: February 10th – March 31st

Time: 9am – 2pm

Place: El Giron campus, building A, ground floor.

Prior the course, on January 13 there will be a theoretical workshop on interventions and their effects led by Pilar Guzmán and Gabriela Salazar, members of the Grupo Psicoanálisis Quito (Analysts in training of the International Psychoanalytic Association, API).

The event is free of charge and will be held in the Monsenor Leonidas Proaño auditorium from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
