We invite people to take part in the continuing education course “Public administration with an approach on public procurement” which has been organized by the business administration undergraduate program in Quito.
Participants will learn about topics related to public administration and how to take advantage of business opportunities provided by the state, also tools to efficiently use financial and human resources.
Some of the topics will be:
- Requirements for suppliers of the state
- Types of hiring processes determined in the Organic Law of the Public Procurement System of the Ecuadorian State.
- Rules of administrative management of assets within the public administration and their financial impact.
- Techniques applied in the private and public administration
- Subsystems of the administration of Human Resources in the Ecuadorian Public Administration.
Cost: $120 for UPS alumni and professors / $180 for the overall public
