On Thursday, January 29th students, professors, and administrative staff can vote for representatives of the University Board by logging in at www.ups.edu.ec

You can cast your vote from any computer or in any of the university laboratories which will be open on that day.

Voting will be divided as follows:

STUDENTS:

“Mesa 1” – Students whose last names begin with A and B

“Mesa 2” - Students whose last names begin with  C

“Mesa 3” - Students whose last names begin with  D, E, F and G

“Mesa 4”- Students whose last names begin with  H, I, J, K and L

“Mesa 5” Students whose last names begin with  M, N and O

“Mesa 6” - Students whose last names begin with  P and Q

“Mesa 7” - Students whose last names begin with  R and S

“Mesa 8”- Students whose last names begin with  T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z

PROFESSORS AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF:

“Mesa 1” – Professors and administrative staff whose last names begin from A to L

“Mesa 2” -  Professors and administrative staff whose last names begin from  M to Z

On this day the university portal will not operate as usual; people will only have access to their e-mail and the virtual learning environments. No passwords will be reset, everyone should  take the necessary precautions to guarantee their access and cast their vote.
