Universidad Politecnica Salesiana, the community involvement department and the Association of the Deaf will hold a course “Basic Ecuadorian sign language” from February 29 to June 10 in the university.

The aim of this course is to improve the university’s services to students and overall society. The course is for officials of education institutions, UPS-Quito professors and overall public.
