To commemorate Day of no violence against women, the university’s psychology major in Quito and DOMUM Foundation invite you to the presentation of the study “The dark side of machismo. Violence and discrimination against women in the workplace.”

The aim of the study was to identify the consequences of gender violence and discrimination in the workplace and the violation of women’s rights, which affects people’s mental, physical and emotional health and hinders life projects.

The presentation will be led by Pilar Rassa; Paz Guarderas, director of the psychology major, and Maria Paula Romo, director of the Laws Faculty in Universidad Internacional del Ecuador will also participate. The moderator will be Juan Cuvi, director of the DONUM Foundation.
