Course: Solidarity based economic circuits

UPS , the Management for Local Sustainable Development major and the Political Ecology Research Group invite you to take part in the course titled:  Solidarity based Economic Circuits.

The aim of this course is to provide basic concepts of economic liberalization, learn how to manage a solidary economic circuit and organize an Exchange system of monetary and non monetary flows and integrate ventures with consumers, understand cycles of reproduction of economic value and the progress of the liberalization of production forces.

The course is aimed at agents of solidary economies (directors, leaders, technicians, etc) whose activities are to develop, direct, execute and coordinate solidary economic activities through credit unions, ventures, associations and other community organizations.

It is a 40 hour course divided into 24 on campus classes and 16 virtual classes. An academic certificate will be awarded at the end of the course.
