The students will be able to:

 

- Cover sports events of Deportivo Cuenca

 

- Conduct research on the Club 

 

- Provide communication advice to directors of the club

 

Cesar Vasquez, vice president of the university's branch campus in Cuenca, said he is pleased with the agreement and asked students to get involved and participate in the project that will last two years.

 

Claudio Peñaherrera, president of Club Deportivo Cuenca, thanked the University for its Cooperation and explained how students will support the club in different fields related to communication, like having coverage of its matches and audiovisual production. 

 

"The aim of the agreement is to give students the opportunity to practice what they learn in class and participate in a real life professional setting. Students will acquire experience which will later allow them to find a job easier", said Andrea De Santis, director of the communication undergraduate program.
