New members of the students' federation in Guayaquil

The students' federation in the university's branch campus in Guayaquil held a formal meeting on January 24th in order to present the new members of the federation who will take office for the 2018 – 2020 period.

The event was attended by Andres Bayolo, vice president in UPS branch campus in Guayaquil; Maria Alexandra Chavez, director of the accounting program; Monica Castro director of the student services department. The outgoing president of the students' federation, Josue Rivera, presented a final report and said that students' opinions in this university do matter. "We all make up UPS, I invite you to keep building it with your new and positive ideas".

The new members said they will work to strengthen and improve the organization and monitoring of students' proposals; the new president is committed to working alongside university officials.
